Section 43 — Power to remove difficulties

What this section requires

If a difficulty arises in giving effect to the Act, the Central Government can, by an order published in the Official Gazette, make provisions not inconsistent with the Act to remove that difficulty — but not after three years from the Act's commencement. Every such order must be laid before both Houses of Parliament.

Who it applies to

The Central Government — a time-limited, difficulty-removal power exercised at the government's own initiative, with no Data Fiduciary-facing duty.
