Section 26 — Powers of Chairperson

What this section requires

The Chairperson holds general superintendence and direction over the Board's administrative matters, can authorise any officer to scrutinise correspondence addressed to the Board, and can allocate the Board's functions and proceedings among individual Members or groups of them.

The Chairperson, in exercising internal administrative authority over the Board — not a Data Fiduciary obligation.
