Section 30 — Orders passed by Appellate Tribunal to be executable as decree

What this section requires

An Appellate Tribunal order is executable as a civil court decree, and the Tribunal has all the powers of a civil court for that purpose. It can instead transmit the order to a civil court with local jurisdiction, which then executes it as if it were that court's own decree.

Any party to a Tribunal appeal — this governs enforcement of the Tribunal's own orders, not an independent compliance duty.
