Section 35 — Protection of action taken in good faith

What this section requires

No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding lies against the Central Government, the Board, or its Chairperson, Member, officer or employee for anything done, or intended to be done, in good faith under the Act or its Rules.

Who it applies to

The Central Government and the Board (and its people) — a liability shield for the regulator, not a Data Fiduciary obligation.
