Section 20 — Salary, allowances payable to and term of office

What this section requires

The Chairperson and Members' salary, allowances and other service conditions are as prescribed, and can't be changed to their disadvantage after appointment. Each holds office for a two-year term and is eligible for reappointment.

Who it applies to

The Chairperson and Members of the Board — an internal service-conditions provision with no external, fiduciary-facing obligation.
