PrivacySuraksha is a product of CloudZent. This policy covers this website only. If you are a visitor to a website that uses PrivacySuraksha as its consent manager, the operator of that website is the data fiduciary for your data, not us.

What this website collects

This website runs no analytics, no advertising trackers, and no third-party embeds, and sets no cookies at all today. We intend to run our own consent manager here, which will set one cookie to remember your consent choices once it is live — see ourCookie Policy for the current, accurate state.

Fonts are served from this domain rather than a third-party font service, so loading this page does not disclose your visit to another provider.

If you run a free website scan

The scan at /scan asks for no account and no email. We do keep a log of every scan run there: the domain you entered, the date, and the result (pass or fail against the published rubric, and, for a failed read, the reason). We keep it for 12 months, then delete it automatically.

We keep this log to see which sites people are checking and to answer for the scans we run — not to identify you. The log carries no address, no session, no cookie, and nothing else that could identify who ran a given scan.

If you contact us

If you email us to request a demo or ask a question, we hold your message and email address for as long as needed to answer you and to keep a record of the correspondence. We do not add you to a marketing list without your consent.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, and you may nominate another person to exercise those rights on your behalf. To make a request, or to raise a complaint about how we have handled your data, contact our Grievance Officer.
